The training staff at Pittsburgh Kettlebells demonstrate an outstanding working knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and sports physiology. As a practicing Orthopedic Surgeon, it is clear to me that Kerry and her staff are equally comfortable training high-performance athletes as well as teaching recreational and older athletes who require specific rehabilitation needs. Clients with a wide range of athletic ability are able to train together as the workouts are tailored to each individual's needs and abilities. I know of no other training technique that builds strength, cardiovascular conditioning and muscle balance in one sixty minute session.

Kerry has created a fun and caring training environment where your personal needs are addressed. It is an excellent gym where you can train, learn and grow.
